At Sephid Property Solutions, whatever we do is with the consideration of the end usage of the properties, and the needs of the people who are going to make them their homes. For example, for the properties that are aimed at senior citizens and disabled people, this being my specialty from the Health and Care sector, we are very conscious of their needs and what kind of facilities have to be included to make the property practically possible and enjoyable for them to live in. These types of properties are used for Social Housing to help local authorities in providing the right type of accommodation for them. If a property is going to be used by a family, we consider the design, space and practicality of our project so a family can settle in with ease and enjoy living in it. With a property aimed at a student – we consider convenience of commuting to the university and also affordability while maintaining quality and standards.
Most of our projects are the properties which have not been in use for years for different reasons. We bring them back to life (using our own resuscitation techniques) and make them loving sweet homes.

How you can help
To achieve our aims, we have teamed up and rely on professional and like-minded people whom we call the Power team. They are local trade persons such as builders, joiners, kitchen installer, roofer, carpenter, electrician, gas engineer, architect, landscaper, project manager and many others, who work beside other professions who are involved in the property sector such as surveyors, solicitors, brokers, estate/ letting agents and many more, specifically those who are local to where our projects are. Completing each project with the help of these professionals, results in the creation of jobs for the local people. So if you are in one of these professions and share our passion and values, we would be very glad to know you and perhaps discuss our projects with you – and, hopefully, welcome you into our team.
We also care about people who are going through a hard time and need a helping hand to move forward in their life. If you are or you know someone that has halted life because of a need to sell a property, especially in the cases of re-possession, divorce, moving at short notice or going through the probate process, we are here to help. About the owner

My name is Hossein Shahr Abadi and I am the owner and co-founder of Sephid Ltd. My passion of looking after and helping people has led me to work in the Health and Care sector. I have worked as a physiotherapist, and lately an Advanced practitioner, since 1992 (28 years). Similarly, I have a love for properties and an urge to care for them. This has led to creation of Sephid Ltd, with the aim and purpose of bringing unloved and rundown properties back to use, making them a loving home for people who look for a high-quality and affordable place to live.

Although the concept may look simple and easy, the property business, like any other mission, requires having the necessary knowledge, skills and right mentality are paramount to avoid any disaster. For this reason I invested a huge amount of time, money and effort in receiving advanced levels of training from the best known figures in property business (Martin Roberts, creator of “Homes under the Hammer” is one of them). These trainings are backed by a very sophisticated mentorship from very credible people in property business. The advanced trainings that I have received are in the areas including but not limited to: Momentum, Buy to let, distressed properties, Buy at auction, House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO), Creative Finance, Lease option, Asset protection…

This training is non-stop and every day I learn something new in the world of property. I am a member of the National Landlord Association and many exclusive and private groups of property experts in social media and networking groups, so that we constantly update our knowledge and share our experiences.
